Deposit Policy - All cabins require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of reservation. Full payment required at time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy - Payment in full is required for all cabins if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of check-in. No refund or credit for early check-out.
Additional Guests - Additional guests above the minimum for each type of unit are $15/night/guest.
Check-in Policy - Check-in is available after 3 p.m.
Check-out Policy - 11 a.m. or by prior authorization from staff.
Please leave the key in the door of the cabin on the day of departure.
Pet Policy - Pets are allowed in the River Guest House and the rustic cabins for a rate of $15/night/pet. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Aspen cabins or the House on the Hill. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge.
Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in any cabins. Smoking in cabins will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Damage Policy - All guests will be 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
