The most recent addition to the Woods Landing accommodations page, The “House On the Hill” is now available for rent. This house is easily the most spacious rental option on the entire property. It also is located further away from the other cabins/ RV spaces, with a gorgeous, nearly-panoramic view of the Jelm mountain range. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, The House On the Hill sleeps 8 people comfortably, but can hold much larger groups if need be. It’s a very popular choice for weddings and family reunions. The guest bedroom, located on the main floor of the house, has one king bed and is next to the guest bathroom, which has a full bath and shower. Also on the main floor are the kitchen, and dining area/ living room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom has two queen beds and a bathroom which is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and large vanity space. Down the hall is another bedroom with a double bed, twin air mattress, and another full bathroom. The House On the Hill also includes wood burning fireplaces, one inside and one outside on the back deck. A grill can be found and used on the back deck also. Additionally, there is a laundry room with both a washer and dryer on the main floor that guests are welcome to use. There is a parking lot big enough for multiple different vehicles at the base of the outdoor set of stairs below the entrance to the house. NOTE: There are chickens and a chicken coop outside near the House on the Hill. Eggs are free and complimentary to those staying in the house. There are three roosters within the flock, and they do crow throughout the morning and daytime. If you are bringing small children, please supervise them around the chickens and discourage them from chasing the birds. Pets are NOT allowed. NO smoking anywhere inside. 4 Night Minimum. This cozy, light, and sunny cabin offers three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed, a sitting room, a living room with a fold-out couch, one bath, a full kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishes, a laundry room, and a large mud room. The cabin is heated with a forced air furnace along with a wood stove in the living room. The outdoor living area under the cottonwoods is equipped with a picnic table, a gas grill, and a fire ring. Sit by the river and watch the mule deer wander by along with the occasional moose, elk, bobcat, coyote, and black bear. Four adults. $15 per night for each additional adult. Maximum occupancy of 8 persons. Pets ( 2 max) allowed for an extra fee of $10 per day/pet. No smoking. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM

The Aspen North and South cabins are a duplex cabin that can be rented separately or as a suite with an inside door that can be opened between the two units. The Aspen North cabin (door on the right) has a king bed, double futon, full bath with a tub, kitchenette with a stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and a dining area. Both Aspen cabins have satellite TV and gas log stoves. They share a large covered front porch, two picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fire ring and a great view of Jelm Mountain and the Big Laramie River. Free WiFi. Two adults. $15 per night for each additional adult. Maximum occupancy of four persons. NO PETS. No smoking. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM

The Aspen North and South cabins are a duplex cabin that can be rented separately or as a suite with an inside door that can be opened between the two units. The Aspen South cabin (door on the left) has two queen beds, a small couch, an easy chair, a private bath with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee pot and a small dining table. Both Aspen cabins have satellite TV and gas log stoves. They share a large covered front porch, two picnic tables, charcoal grills, a fire ring and a great view of Jelm Mountain and the Big Laramie River. Free WiFi. Price is based on 2 people. This cabin has a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. NO PETS. No smoking

Please see description of Aspen North & Aspen South. If you rent under the Aspen Cabins, you are renting both sides Aspen North & Aspen South under the same guest name for the same number of dates. PETS are not allowed in either side of this cabin. If you have a pet, you need to look at renting the River Guest House or one of the rustic cabins.

Rustic Cabin #2 has two queen beds, a refrigerator, hotplate, coffee pot, and a table and chairs. Outside there is a picnic table under the cottonwoods with a charcoal grill and a fire ring. The four rustic cabins have no running water so guests have to use the bathhouse for showers, toilets, and doing dishes, but there is easy access to the river and the bathhouse from this cabin. Bring your own firewood. Two adults. $10 per night for each additional adult. Maximum occupancy of four persons. Pets (2 max) allowed for an extra fee of $10 per night. No smoking.
