Experience four seasons of fun and leisure during your stay at Woods Landing Resort!

Hiking, fishing, sight seeing, biking, snow mobiling, exploring, and hunting are all commonly loved activities on site or in nearby areas to Woods Landing. Also, be sure to stop into our Our Country Store during the summer season! We sell basic groceries and camping necessities along with numerous souvenirs, fresh eggs, propane and gas, delicious various homemade baked goodies, Woods Landing themed apparel, artwork, photography, jewelry, and other unique knick knack items.

Our Country Store is closed for the winter season and will reopen for service in May!

BIKING

The 21-mile Medicine Bow Rail Trail is close by Woods Landing. Moose, elk, mule deer, chipmunks, and squirrels are often spotted along this non-motorized trail. The Rail Trail is a packed gravel surface that is suitable for most bikes, except those with skinny tires. The minimal grade makes the biking easy for most folks.

During the summer months you can fly fish on the river or on one of the numerous plains and mountain lakes within 10 miles of Woods Landing. Lake Hattie is a favorite fishing spot for fishing in the summer and ice-fishing in the winter.
